I don't recall ever seeing one of these before, can anyone confirm make/model?
Sorry about the potatocam photo, it was the best I could get.

BMW e3 bavaria, 69-73 I think. Other models available but the Bav was US only. Probably has an autobox and a single power window for the driver, other windows roll down. Awesome

BMW of a late 60's early 70's vintage. Not sure on the model, am sure I want one though!

Indeed it is, looks like a later model because if I recall the earliest ones had less chrome

I dont think the early Bav had any chrome betwixt the taillights. I always loved the fuel fill behind the plate like a contemporary Murican car

Nice! I think 505Turbeux nailed it, I wish we could see it from the front, but also don't take more pictures while driving... so conflicted...

Mhmm. And the gorgeous 3.0 CSL was of the same years. I absolutely in love with that car

ONE power window and the other three Armstrong? That's kinky...

first time I saw it it was truly a WTF moment. My 3.0s was all power and those windows were SLOOOOOOOOW, wish the setup was like that

Nope. Any of the neue klasse cars would do for me. They're all absolutely stunning

Ah yeah, seen this one before. Not as many green ones, though. I don't have time to GIS/flickr/500px surf at the moment, but I'm sure I will later...

It definitely caught my eye, and I thought it may have been a Bimmer, but I couldn't be positive with the brief glance I got (traffic was crazy today, I just raised my phone and shot and hoped for the best hehe).

Sweet Bavaria. Pretty much the only BMW I would buy over the Alfa equivalent (partially because there isn't a direct equivalent, but still).

what about the Alfa 6? a little later but I have been looking for one to bring over for some time

Most Alfas have grown on me over time, unless they've been an instant hit with me. The 6 hasn't grown on me yet. Maybe it's the fact that the gearbox is in the front, but I'd much rather an Alfetta with a 2.5l or 3.0l V6 swapped in.
Plus, they're even rarer than Alfettas here in the UK. I think I've seen all of 2 UK ones for sale in the 4 or so years that I've been perusing classifieds. Admittedly, I haven't been actively searching for them, but I haven't seen many pop up.

Actually, with a set of spokey wheels and one of the bigger Alfa V6 variants I reckon one could make a pretty sweet ride.

Something like this, with either a 3.0l 12v, 3.5l 12v or 3.2l 24v V6.
